Having 10 years experience working in the operating theatre means that I have privileged knowledge and can answer questions about what to expect through your surgery. It is important to me that patients feel ready, and aren’t left feeling uncertain or anxious.
Kylie provides patients personalised support throughout the surgical journey, helping patients feel informed, prepared and supported before and after their procedure.

Before surgery, Kylie will ensure hospital admission paperwork is complete, you are prepared for surgery and have everything you need at home for your recovery.
She will check if you have any questions or concerns and help make sure you feel prepared and at ease.
Kylie is also available to talk you through what to expect on the day of surgery and during the first few days of recovery.
One week post surgery Kylie will call with a friendly check in to ensure you pain is well managed , your wounds are healing as we would expect and to guide you to a smooth recovery.
You will see Kylie at your post operative review already scheduled with your doctor. Kylie will perform a wound review and dressing change. She is available to assist you at any stage of your recovery.
